1. Summary
You can request a full refund for a ReplyJe purchase within 7 days of the payment date. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to payments made to Hoowey Studio for ReplyJe.
The free trial does not require payment, so we recommend using it to make sure ReplyJe suits your business before you buy.
2. What can be refunded
If you ask within 7 days of the payment date, you can get a refund for:
- a monthly or yearly subscription payment, including a renewal;
- a top-up pack of extra AI conversations.
When a subscription payment is refunded, the plan for that period is cancelled and the account returns to an unpaid state.
3. What cannot be refunded
- Any payment requested more than 7 days after the payment date.
- Managed setup fees, once the setup work has started.
- Fees charged directly by Meta for WhatsApp messages.
- Accounts suspended or closed for breaking our Terms and Conditions.
- Repeated refund requests that we reasonably believe are an abuse of this policy.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] or use our contact page within 7 days of the payment date. Please include your business name, the email address of your account and the invoice number. We will confirm whether the refund is approved within 5 business days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, or by bank transfer if you paid by transfer, within 14 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the refund.
6. Cancelling your plan
You can cancel at any time from your billing page or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling outside the 7-day window does not give a refund for the remaining days.
