1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Hoowey Studio, a business registered in Malaysia under registration no. 201803199059 (002839315-V) (“Hoowey Studio”, “we”, “us”), which owns and operates ReplyJe. By creating an account or using ReplyJe, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
If you use ReplyJe on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business, and “you” refers to the business.
2. The service
ReplyJe is an AI receptionist for WhatsApp. It answers customer enquiries using the business information you provide, books appointments, records leads and gives your team a shared inbox. Features depend on your plan and may change as we improve the service.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information when you sign up.
- You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure and for everything done by team members you invite.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Free trial
New businesses may start with a free trial. The trial length and the number of AI conversations included are shown when you sign up. No payment is taken during the trial. When the trial ends, you need to choose a paid plan to keep using ReplyJe.
5. Plans, payment and renewal
- Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM) and are shown on our Pricing page and in your billing page.
- Plans are billed in advance for each monthly or yearly period and renew at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Each plan includes a number of AI conversations per month. Unused conversations do not carry over. Extra conversations can be bought as top-up packs, which apply to the current month.
- If a payment is overdue, we may suspend the service after a grace period of 7 days until the invoice is paid.
- We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice, and the new price will apply from your next billing period.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing page or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. WhatsApp and Meta
ReplyJe connects to your WhatsApp Business account through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. You must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business terms and policies, including its Commerce and Business Policies. Meta may charge its own fees for some messages, and may limit, restrict or close WhatsApp accounts under its own rules. We are not responsible for Meta’s decisions or for outages of the WhatsApp Business Platform.
WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. ReplyJe is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
7. Your responsibilities
- Keep your business information, prices, promotions and availability accurate and up to date. The AI relies on it.
- Make sure you have a lawful basis, including any consent required under the PDPA, to message your customers and to process their personal data through ReplyJe.
- Review conversations regularly and handle escalated matters, such as complaints, medical questions and refunds to your own customers.
- Make sure team members you invite follow these Terms.
8. AI replies
AI replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. ReplyJe is designed to answer only from the information you approve and to hand sensitive topics to your staff, but you remain responsible for the information given to your customers in your business’s name. ReplyJe does not give medical, legal or financial advice.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use ReplyJe to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or messages to people who have asked you to stop;
- offer illegal products or services, or products and services that WhatsApp does not allow;
- mislead, harass or discriminate against anyone;
- upload malware, try to access other businesses’ data or interfere with the service;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer ReplyJe, or use it to build a competing product.
10. Your data
You own the business information, conversations and other content you put into ReplyJe. You give us permission to use it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your leads and chat history from ReplyJe while your account is active.
11. Intellectual property
ReplyJe, including its software, design, name and logo, belongs to Hoowey Studio. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ReplyJe during your subscription. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, fail to pay, put the service or other users at risk, or if required by law or by Meta. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You may stop using ReplyJe and close your account at any time. After closure, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep ReplyJe reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will produce any particular business result.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hoowey Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to ReplyJe is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Hoowey Studio for claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your messages to your customers or your breach of these Terms or of the law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account owners of significant changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using ReplyJe after that, you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Malaysia, although we will always try to resolve it with you informally first.
